Missions

As a missions group we give to the following missions:

Gulf Port Mission Trip : In July of 2008, fourteen individuals went on a Missions trip to Hope City in Mississippi to help with rebuilding from Hurricane Katrina. 

The Merciful Redeemer Children’s Home in Nairobi, Kenya: It currently is the home to 50 orphaned children and an additional 60 children come from the slums of Nairobi each day to be schooled. Anne Mugane (also known as Mama John) felt led to take in the children starting with 10 in 1991 and has gone to the high numbers of today. Mission trip is planned for September 20th-October 4 2008. We have seven people planning on going!

Mission of Mercy: We sponsor two children from India (Sonu Singh and Manisha Biswarkarma) They are attending secondary school and occasionally will write letters of their progress. If you are interested in this ministry, click here.

Youth For Christ: We sponsor the Youth For Christ organization especially the Churbusco area. They target the needs of young people in the community. For more information click here.

Mission TECH: This organization is housed in Texas and helps non- profit organizations with various technical needs. Tim Meadows and his family left Indiana to join This outstanding organization. For additional information click here.
